Contact

There is no contact form on this site, because a form would mean collecting and storing what you typed. One email address does the same job and leaves the copy of the conversation in your own sent folder as well as ours.

What we can help with

• Corrections. A broken link, an out-of-date instruction, a government body that has changed its name or its remit, a sentence that is simply wrong. Tell us the page and the line and we will fix it.
• Clarity. If a step did not make sense, that is a fault in the writing and worth knowing about. Say which paragraph lost you.
• Privacy requests. Access, correction or a complaint about information held by East trading company s.r.o. Put Privacy request in the subject line; the process and timing are set out in the Privacy Policy.
• Questions about the funding. How the affiliate arrangement works and what it does and does not influence. The short answer is on the Affiliate Disclosure page; the longer one is available on request.

What we cannot help with

We are not a game publisher, a retailer or a support service. We cannot recover an account, reverse a purchase, fix a crash, issue a refund or act on a ban. Those are matters for the publisher of the game concerned, and their support pages are the only place they can be resolved. Writing to us about them only adds a delay.

We also do not accept guest posts, sponsored articles, link placements or product submissions, and we do not publish reader stories, reviews or testimonials. Mail of that kind is deleted unread, which is not meant unkindly — it is simply not what this site is.

If you need advice about an online safety or scam matter, the Australian bodies listed throughout the course are better placed than we are, and they act on reports in ways we cannot.

How long a reply takes

Mail is read by the editorial team at East trading company s.r.o. Ordinary correspondence is usually answered within a few working days. Privacy requests and privacy complaints are answered within 30 days, as the Privacy Policy states. Corrections to the course are often made before the reply is sent.

What happens to your message is set out in full in the Privacy Policy: it is used to reply to you and for nothing else, it is never added to a mailing list, and it is kept for 24 months after the last message in the conversation unless it is needed for a legal claim. Email is not a secure medium, so please do not send passwords, payment details or identity documents to this address — we will never ask for any of them.
